Noodle Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

Shrimp (50%), water, wheat flour, modified starch tapioca (E1420, E1442), wheat starch, salt, corn flour, corn starch, sugar, vegetable fat (perilla, palm, corn), shortening (palm oil), monosodium L-glutamate (E621), thickening agent (guar gum, guar seed), baking powder, emulsifier (E471, E306).

STORAGE & PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Store at -18ºC or below. Shelf life of 24 months from production date.
Do not defrost, deep fry for 3 to 3,5 min in plenty of fresh oil at 175-180ºC until crispy golden color.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
