Water, Surimi (Processed white fish meat, Sugar, Egg, Stabilizer (E450, E451, E452)), Bread crumb (E160c, E170), Crab pincer, Batter mix (E100, E160c, E220, E412), Wheat starch, Modified tapioca starch (E1414), Sugar, Salt, Gelling agent (E425(i), E450a(iii)), Crab extract (E635), Colour (E170, E171), Crab flavour (E631), Stabilizer (E450(i)), Flavour enhancer (E635).

*May Contain: Fish, Egg, Gluten, Crustacean and Soy.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Do not thaw, then deep fry in hot oil at 165 – 170°C for 4 – 5 minutes until golden brown.

STORAGE

Keep frozen in deep freezer at -18° C or below.

Once defroted do not refreeze again
