HAKE (50%), WHEAT flour, water, sunflower oil, starch (WHEAT), modified maize starch, maize dextrose, salt, sugar, yeast, EGG albumin, thickener (E 407) and spices (paprika and tumeric).
May contain MILK, MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS.
– FRYING-PAN: Fry the pieces, without defrosting, in plenty of very hot oil: (170-180ºC). In order to maintain the oil temperature, we recomend you fry few pieces at one time. In order to obtain a crunchy and golden batter, turn them over immediately and fry them for 3 to 4 minutes.
– DEEP FRYER: Fry the pieces in plenty of very hot oil: (170 – 180ºC) for 3 to 4 minutes, until they get golden brown.
Should you notice the presence of superficial ice on the product, remove it with the help of a piece of cloth before frying. This will avoid any possible oil spattering.
Keep frozen at -18°C until expiry date.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
