General Info


HAKE (56%), WHEAT flour, sunflower oil, water, modified cornstarch, starch (WHEAT), sugar, maize dextrose, salt, yeast, EGG albumin, raising agent (E 500), thickener (E 407) and spices (paprika and turmeric).


– FRYING PAN: Fry the pieces, without defrosting, in abundant and very hot oil (170-180ºC.). In order to maintain the oil temperature, we recommend you fry few pieces at a time. Turn them around
immediately to get a crunchy cover and continue frying for 4 to 5 minutes until they are golden.
– OVEN: Preheat the oven at 200ºC. Place the pieces without defrosting in the middle tray of the oven.
– Cook for 15 minutes approximately.
Should you notice the presence of superficial ice on the product, remove it with the help of a piece of cloth before frying. This will avoid any possible oil spattering.


Keep frozen at -18°C until expiry date.
Do not refreeze after thawing.
