FRYING PAN: Fry the Breaded Fish Fingers, without defrosting, in abundant and very hot oil (170-180ºC.). In orderto maintain the oil temperature, we recommend you fry few pieces at one time. In order to obtain a crunchy and golden batter, turn them over immediately and fry them for a further 3 to 4 minutes until they are golden brown.
