1. Do not defrost
2. Preheat oil to 170-175ºC
3. Remove the frozen shrimp tempura from packaging
4. Deep fry for 5-6 minutes until crispy and golden brown
Keep product frozen at -18ºC.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
